I’m Lindsey — hospitality consultant, holistic wellness coach, and former crepe‑slinger turned numbers‑nerd. I started my career in my Aunt Tara’s café in Bremerton, WA, making coffee and crepes like my life depended on it. Since then, I’ve opened my own crepery, launched a Starbucks, and led entire Food & Beverage departments.
Now I help operators understand their numbers, find their leaks, and finally stop asking, “Why am I not making money?!”
